A Consultant Who Understands How South West Businesses Actually Work
I'm based in Plymouth and I work directly with business owners and their teams across Devon, Cornwall and the wider South West. Unlike a lot of consultants who operate entirely over video call, I regularly meet clients on-site because good AI adoption starts by understanding how people actually do their work, not how it looks on a process diagram.
Before starting Magnetic AI, I spent years running a manufacturing and marketing communications business, scaling it from £3m to £6m alongside my brothers. That experience shaped the way I approach every client: process first, tools second. If you build AI on top of a broken process, you just move the problem faster. The goal is always to find where time is genuinely leaking, and fix that.
Everything I do is Tech Enabled and Human Delivered. That means AI does the heavy lifting where it should, but it's always paired with judgement, oversight and practical support from someone who's run a business themselves.

Most of my clients are based in Plymouth, Exeter, Torquay and Truro, with some projects taking me across the broader South West. For businesses further afield across the UK, most of the work is delivered remotely, though I'll always travel for the sessions that benefit most from being in the room together. Distance doesn't have to be a barrier, but being local means I can be there when it matters.
