I'm based in Plymouth and I work directly with business owners and their teams across Exeter, East Devon and the wider South West. Before starting Magnetic AI, I spent years running a manufacturing and marketing communications business, scaling it from £3m to £6m alongside my brothers. That experience shaped the way I approach every client: process first, tools second. If you build AI on top of a broken process, you just move the problem faster. The goal is always to find where time is genuinely leaking, and fix that.
